I had an issue with the staff and a scheduling mix up and after notifying them they were very quick to fix the issue and get me a refund, no questions asked. On top of being a fantastic salon, they are great with their clients as well.nnVery professional and I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and quality experience!
I've been here twice already the whole staff does an amazing job. Shrijana took care of me yesterday she was so kind and shaped my eyebrows perfectly. Booking is easy and convenient.
I have gone here a few times and have had a good experience. The few times I had gone the ladies understood that I wanted to grow out my eyebrows. However! I went in today and had a horrible experience. Not sure if the lady was new but she basically ruined all of my three months of growth. In short be careful who touches your eyebrows.
Many times I left unsatisfied with my eyebrow shape, and I got someone who was clearly just learning many times also and they were very slow and painful. I can't trust them with my brows here anymore.
