Nice selection most of the time but the line is always incredibly long when there appears to be plenty of staff. They need to fix their staffing mix. This is extremely frustrating.
Worst customer service. Very un helpful skinny young lady that looks like somalian decent. Transaction # 32644, 11/27/2020 Dirty looks , Black Friday you will think they will communicate with you on how to get 40%. After I made a payment , Pushed the beg almost fall thru the register. you have to re-train your stuff. I’d rather go to Zara NEWYORK /

I didn't like anything. Last year was better tho.
The worst customer service from a cashier in the men’s section, no hello she used her finger to call me to the register, told me the price and then when I couldn’t find the pen to sign, gave me a very nasty look. Improve on how you treat any customer that comes into your store.
