I had a semi break down on a Friday about 430pm out in the middle of no where. I called everyone that showed up on Google near and around Havre Montana. Finally I got to Diesel Doctor. They helped arrange a tow as I know no one in that part of the state, diagnosed the truck after hours, had a mechanic in on Saturday and Sunday to get that truck fixed and had my driver rolling by Monday. I know it could have been sooner, if the specialty parts that can only be bought at Peterbilt were available on weekends.nOverall impeccable service.
For a small town in montana,this is the best service i ever got so far in my trucking career on the road,not even the bigger shops like peterbilt or kw stand a chance with the professionalism and knowledge these people have,very clean shop,friendly people and very helpful.I will highly recommend this shop.i had an electrical issue,they got on it right away and i was back on the road in no time.Dusty worked on my truck,talk about a down to earth person thats him,and his knowledge and profesionalism was outstanding.This is my go to place to get anything done on my truck.
I called them a week ago for an appointment for this week. They said they would call back in a couple of days to confirm an appointment. They never called me back, so I called them today to confirm an appointment and they said they don't have an opening until Monday. I can't make that appointment since we are going back on the road Monday. Horrible customer service to say the least.....

Outstanding service I'm a long-haul trucker who broke down not far from here they have the part and work me in and I was back on the road in about an hour highly recommend them
