Always helpful, never any attitudes, wonderful employees. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at a bank until I switched to Wells Fargo. They explain everything in detail and answered all questions I had. I love this bank!
I've been a customer at Wells Fargo since 2013. It was the worst experience of my life. I will never go here again because they took too long to deposit my check for $4000. I own a business and they are asking me too many personal questions which is none of their business. I am seriously thinking about closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. Over them.
I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo bank, I just went into this Well Fargo branch to deposit a check from my brother and it was the worst experience of my life. The teller was not knowledgeable about his job and he made me feel like I was a criminal. He held on to my check and did not tell me the reason why, I finally had to ask him if everything was alright.nHe seemed to be confused about what to do so I asked to speak to a manager and there were no manager called to assist me. I wasted 45 minuets in this branch for a simple deposit, the teller was very unprofessional and he made me feel like I should not be doing business with Wells Fargo bank.nI will never go back to this branch for anything, this have been so far the worst bank branch that I have ever been in.
