I am editing this post because jackson hewitt is a terrible company, they say they do the taxes as if is their own. Well they don't, the staff is not qualified all they care about is the money they are getting. Got audited by the IRS and they wouldn't help me correct their mistake, instead they made it worse and now got audited by the IRS again and have to pay for filling error. TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS!!!!!! Horrible staff, they do not know what they are doing.nWorst service ever, it all started with the Port Chester Office and when call for help to the Norwalk office no one bothers to answer my questions. Got audited by the IRS because of a Jackson Hewitt mistake and now they are not responsible. TERRIBLE!!!!!
