Friendly and fast service. I've been here at least 5 times without issues and always get my job done within minutes. I have no idea why others rate it low. The only thing I would say is, bring a debit card with you because they charge a fee for credit cards.

This Office is ridiculous, I do not even know why it exists because, lately nobody picks up the calls, what do they expect us to do!!!

The way that the Norwalk Tax Collector Office handled the new SALT tax law was inexcusable. Norwalk taxpayers who pay over $10,00 a year in taxes (which is most of us!), and who ended up paying DOUBLE for 1/2018 taxes, had to jump through hoops to get this handled. It is ironic that if I didn't pay my taxes (as opposed to DOUBLE paying them) the tax collector knows exactly the process to take my house in a tax auction

Don't go there if you are looking for personality. But I won't say much more, out of fear of retaliation. I don't want my tax bill to go higher than it already is...n#capitalismn#thaisall
