If you want your packages to arrive to your family intact do not use this service. Two boxes that were sent to my family in Colombia were opened and merchandise was stolen. When I called Unetravel to report this they told me not to worry and that they would start an investigation and call me when they had researched the incident. They never called me and when I called them they said the investigation was still ongoing. After one month I had to physically go to the office. I had my packages insured and was told that was in case the whole box got stolen. That tells me the insurance they offer when you send items is worthless. They did not pay me for what was stolen because they said the boxes arrived safely. This is the worst business to go to and if you need amazing service go to Stamford to Marinero Express.
