This was my first time going to a higher end establishment and let me tell you, it was one of the best experiences I have EVER had at a restaurant! The food was beyond amazing and the service was just as great! The staff are very attentive and friendly. They always come by to make sure you’re taken care of, even if it’s not your own waiter/waitress. I most definitely recommend Elm to anyone looking for excellent food, excellent service and a great time. The owners should be proud of their establishment and staff!

Most of the things I’ve eaten here have been pretty solid. The pizza? Fab. The tartare? Amaze. The turkey club I couldn’t finish because I ate too many apps? I reheated it again a few days later and even then it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Service is great. I think some of the menu items are a bit pricey for what you get but overall I’m a fan.nnMy biggest true qualm is with the bathrooms that seriously need some fixing. The toilet seats won’t stay up and it’s a bad experience all around.

I have come here for years and consider it one of the best meals in the area. My 2 stars relate solely to the food as truly it’s 5/5 every time. However, a restaurant experience is marked by both its food and its service. Tonight, going to celebrate my birthday, was some of the worst service I have seen from a restaurant of any caliber. First the reservation had us outside instead of inside, having 3 servers our table was ignored most of the night, etc. We had to wave down and at times get up and walk over and ask for help or service. Celebrating a birthday, we reminded the server - no birthday candles. The servers were all laughing and jumping on each other in the back instead of being attentive....nnI could keep going on but hopefully the review covers it.nnTLDR; Some of the best food in the area with some of the worst service.

I ate there the other day. The host makes me feel at home and he super helpful answering my questions. The food is great and it’s a nice establishment.

I celebrated my birthday today in this fine place. Well it was a enjoyable evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for this fruitful gathering. The crew contributed in a very nice way, the meals were appetizing and my buddies were so pleased. We shall absolutely visit again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.
