Worst possible experience ordering food from here. Tried on multiple occasions: first time they forgot something and the delivery person said they’d put a note on my acct for the next time I order (and I called to confirm that was true), went to order a second time and asked to get the item that was missed and they refused claiming they had no record of it and that they wouldn’t do that anyway. This time, which will be the last time I order from here. My food was “delivered” nearly an hour ago, but it definitely wasn’t delivered here. Tried to contact the store but the phone goes unanswered and then you eventually get the busy signal with no response. Stay away from here if all you’re trying to do is get some food for dinner. Didn’t think that was too much to ask after paying for my meal, taxes, fees, delivery charge, and tip, but okay...

Food is fine, but the absolute worst customer service. The website states all deliveries are contactless but in 2 recent deliveries the driver stood and waited for me to open my door. The driver was not wearing a mask either time, and was very rude when I told him to leave it at the door.

The Pizza is good but the service isn't. I order pizza from here but the tracker will say its delivered and it wasn't delivered. Its a constant thing!

Terrible. Ordered a month ago from them when some friends and I were hanging out at my buddies place in Norwalk. My friends place is only down the street and they managed to screw up the order. The missed delivering one pizza and gave complimentary wings that they had on them in their place. How do you have comp wings to give with your delivery driver? Do you happen to make these mistakes a lot. Had to drive down to the store multiple times just to correct the order and get the replacement pizza we actually ordered.nnI've had good experiences with other Dominoes in the past. Just not this one.

This is the third time I used curbside pickup, each time after using the I’m here and putting on my hazard lights, they still didn’t come out..... I had to ask a delivery employee to let them know I here.... I was parked directly in front of the door and could see one guy making a pizza and two guys just talking. On this visit after waiting 12 minutes, the guy finally came out, I asked him if they can add Or suggest to management an option to add Dried red peppers(which they give out free), his answer was and I quote, you want that than you need to come inside and walked away.... I am elderly, have knee issues and with vivid 19 it is a problem for me going in.... I don’t see the purpose of adding a curbside pick up if they are going to ignore it and be rude when you finally get your pick up
