She’s the worst! We had agreed to automatic payments via court about two years ago for small amount then earlier this year the automatic payments suddenly stopped.. thought it was because of the pandemic. Then within this last month she “bank excutioned” me for almost 1200$ without any warning whatsoever she basically took my stimulus .. screwed up during these hard times..

After 20 yrs and she garnished my pay and sat here saying I owe money for an address where I was just staying for about 2 weeks then I moved out. My name was not on any paperwork as far as a lease, title or deed of the place. See you in court. You will compensate for what you took from me.

They sent me an information subpoena, said I owed %?$10k to Providian Visa on 9/27/2007. They bought that debt, I never spoke to a lawyer there just the operator and some guy. They said if I didnt answer the information sheet I'd go to jail. They scared me I was under duress. I gave them my debit card info and asked if I needed to send the information subpoena back to them, they said no. They said they would email me, I never got the email. I called them 5x they never returned my call. This has got to be a scam. On jan 7, 2007 to sept 11 2011, I served 6 yrs in a federal prison camp. I asked how could this be me? They didnt answer. I asked for receipts of purchases they didnt have it.nI'm contacting an atty. Beware.

This piece of shyt did exactly what everyone else is saying she did. She brought up an old credit card I was making back payments on from 15 years ago and cleared my bank account for over $2000 then charged me a fee to do it. She had a court Marshall clear it out without any notification! That was every dime i had---- rent and bills and the day before my daughter's birthday! I will be contacting a lawyer and getting to the bottom of this. Dont worry Linda. I'll see you soon for my money.

So, just found out over the weekend that my accounts are frozen by someone named Linda Strumpf so called attorney at law ( a collection agency ). I know that I can and will be able to sue for 1,000 per violation she and her firm have committed against me. I have to wait 40 minutes to call these morons back at 9 AM EST. I'm going to be recording my calls and turn that information over to my attorneys. See you in federal court !
