My child has been in daycare full time since he was 12 months old and has never had as adverse reaction to any school or a teacher as he did with Firefly. Trusting a mother’s intuition and my child’s loud protests, we pulled my child out after only attending for 2 days.nnFirefly wasn’t understanding or accommodating in refunding any of the tuition. I only enrolled my child the week before and had my child in school for 2 days, but Firefly kept a full month’s tuition, half month deposit and $100 annual fee. That is pretty steep for 2 days when they had many open spots and didn’t need to adjust any staff ratios as a result of my child attending/not attending.nnLong story short, go somewhere else. We did and my child loves his new school and teacher.
I have been taking my son to Firefly for a while now and have a great experience with all aspects of the organization. If you are looking for a safe, clean and fun place for your child to spend time- this is the place!
