Mathew went above and beyond. He cares about customers in his town. I have witnessed this on several occasions and was very grateful for the help he provided us.
I love this store. I Work in Greenwich and it would be easier to go to that one but I preferred to stop at this one on my way home. Every time I walk in the manager always greets me and says hello the staff always ask if they can help me. I’ve never had a long line more than a person or two at the checkout counter. The gentleman man at the counter is always polite. Always have a good experience shopping there.
Bad experience had a prescription not ready and they were rude told me to come back an hour later after I drove from Larchmont to pick it up. As soon as I got out of area received a message it was ready. Unprofessional and uncaring, apathetic and rude!! Also they werent wearing masks in the pharmacy..I am a loyal CVS shopper but this is the worst CVS I have ever been in, wont fill prescriptions here and wont be back!!!
Bad service.They doesn’t do great job .They confusing my medication. Thanks God I see and call my Doctor.
Staff is terrible. Pharmacy is even worse! My prescription was sent 3 hours ago and it’s still not ready. I asked if I could pay now since I waited over 20 minutes just to get to the register and was told no. Unbelievable, and was told I needed to wait additional 15 minutes. Completely ridiculous, unprofessional, and understaffed. Please do not have your prescriptions filled here. Just terrible
