Always professional and always helpful to our family of three swimmer plus water polo for several years.
Doesn't sound like the other person the other reviews mention is there anymore, was there this weekend and the person there was very nice and helpful.
The only reason I continue to go to this store is because there are no other local options for competition suits. Does the management/owner see all the reviews on here? Do they just not care to make it better? I’ve never experienced such bad customer service anywhere else. I’m obviously not alone in my opinion - aside from the reviews on here, I have several friends that have also had awful experiences at Metro Swim Norwalk. Good selection, prices competitive with internet, friendly knowledgeable staff.
Good local store but some mark-ups are too much. We just bought a towel pant for our daughter for $40. It's $30 on Amazon!
