Douglas was a gentleman. Will spend a bit more time shopping here when I’m in the area. Every one is good for conversation and if you need help sizing don’t even mention it. They’ll take good care.

By far best customer service! I stopped by the store to purchase a suit and Nick was amazing. While he was taking measurements of the piece, I didn't even have to say a word. He read my mind and executed very well!

Walked in this store and the sales people couldn’t be bothered with offering to help. And I was the only person in the store. Guess I didn’t look like their typical clientele because I was dressed in my gym clothes. On the flip side the security guards were really nice so kudos to them!

Polo Ralph Lauren on Elm Street in New Canaan has excellent customer service where they anticipate your every need without pushy salespeople. If you call them ahead of time they will arrange to have your selections ready upon your arrival, which is important because they're a small store that may have to order your clothing from another Polo Ralph Lauren store to meet your needs in size and style. I found one of my favorite pair of jeans at this Polo Ralph Lauren store after seeing them on display in their large glass windows featured with a very cool pair of Ralph Lauren brown leather boots and a wide selection of handmade leather belts. The store has every size of clothing at reasonable prices in the latest style. I paid less at Ralph Lauren than many other places with superior customer service. When I wanted to return to pick up my jeans, boots and hand tooled belts, the friendly saleswoman had them waiting for me in my size. She asked me if I was sure before I made my purchases making sure that everything was nothing less than perfect. You'll enjoy shopping in the comfort of the classic wood and leather environment. I highly recommend Polo Ralph Lauren to everyone I know who appreciates unique clothing in the classic Ralph Lauren style.
