I highly recommend that you try out this Athletic Shoe Factory location. I live closer to Fairfield, but the extra 20 minutes to drive to New Canaan is totally worth it.nThe staff here are extremely friendly and the facility itself is very clean.nAlthough I have only been twice, both shopping experiences were pleasant and easy. The sales manager, Shayna, is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchases.nI look forward to returning in the future, anytime I need new sneakers.

I needed new running sneakers and decided to swing by this athletic shoe factory - I usually go to the one in Fairfield. Shayna was very knowledgeable and had me try quite a few different shoes based on my back and knee issues. She helped me find a pair I love and really had some good pointers for looking for shoes in the future too. I would 100% go here again, even though it’s a little farther from my house!

I just want to praise the amazing costumer service here. I called in search of lacrosse balls and asked for a possible delivery. I spoke with Kyle who was so helpful, and so nice! He not only helped me make a quick order, but delivered the lacrosse balls to my home in under an hour , HIMSELF! I’m so impressed with everything about this store. I highly recommend shopping here.
