Bunch of unprofessional, sarcastic, rude people work here. They met my mother and aunt with an attitude wasting everyones time for what should have been a 10 minute meeting. I feel bad for anyone who has to come here for help only to be met with these callous morons.

This was my first time visiting this location for an in person identify appointment and was surprised at the professionalism of the security guard and the person interviewing me.nMy appointment was quick , easy and drama free.

This place is so understaffed that it's shameful. Only one guy working there and he shows up at least 30 minutes late. I would rather stick my hand in a blender and watch it pulverize my appendages than go back here. There is no ticket system and the guy decides who is more important and will take them over you. Have fun waiting for four hours plus if you don't have an appointment. Also prepare to be disrespected if you have any questions. The guy will wave a hand in your face and deem you and anything you say unimportant and not worth his time.nnYou would have a better time getting a grizzly bear to do anything tax related for you, and hey the bear might eat your face but that'd be a more enjoyable experience than going here.
