Slow, inaccurate service. I often pay for add ons that never make it to me. Expensive for what you get. The recipes are good, just not always prepared correctly (layers of ingredients)
Really good food! First time visiting this chain and everything was perfect except for the drive through. I drive a pickup and the parking lot was a little sketchy for me. 5 stars though because everything was delicious, the parking lot isn't their fault.
Service was horrible. Did a mobile order and went inside to pickup. Estimated time for order was nine minutes, reality was about 30. Portions little on small side but good.
If I could give no stars I would. Telling people to wear a mask in their own vehicle! But not having a sign at the start of the drive thru, but choosing to tell people after they waited 20 plus minutes in line!!!! That isn't even part of the mask mandate. I will never give this business my money ever again.
My food was not made correctly and I tried telling them and they just ignored me. And there was a few workers who were very rude and talking on there phone's. They wouldn't tell me there names but one was blonde curly hair and shouted the other mans name evi or leve or something but he was tall and had brown hair. Never spending my money here again until they get better workers who wanna work.
