Service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious!
Rude ppl work there. Food.. meh...
The salad was good. The soup was great!
Nice and cozy like Panera should be, but....don't expect to feel this way if you order through one of their self order screens, i ordered my usual you-pick-2, coffee and pastry, grabbed a buzzer and found my self a quiet corner to sit at patiently waiting for my meal, shortly my sandwich and soup arrived , but without my coffee or pastry, the gentleman nicely hinted that I had to stand in line( which was particularly long that day), at the front counter with others ordering through the front counter, this defeats the purpose of using a self order screen, and now for the coffee , Wich I also had to get a empty cup from the front desk, you can pour it yourself at a designated area, but the creamer and sugar is nicely locked up behind the front counter for which , you guessed it, stand in line...
I'm starting to feel foolish that I keep going there to eat. The food is always good but 2 out of every 3 times they forget something out of the order. Driving back down there is a pain. At those prices you would think they could get it right. I now check my order thoroughly before I leave the drive-through window and always make sure I get a receipt.
