You have to try this place! The fish tacos and street corn are AMAZING! The Flamingo Margarita (made with real watermelon juice) is to die for! It def doesn't feel like a regular restaurant bc you have to order everything at the register (versus having a waiter take your order at your table), but the food and drinks were on point! I will def be back!

I noticed this place on Grubhub and decided to give them a try after reading reviews on Yelp and google. I don’t know what all the reviews are about. I got the chefs platter and it’s essentially like a chipotle burrito bowl for $14. I got carne asada, it was a pretty small portion and not like it seemed like any better quality meat than chipotle would have. The meat, beans and rice were all lacking flavor. Was hoping the would’ve included a slice of lime, maybe a cilantro garnish or even hot sauce or salsa to make up for the bland food. Alas, it was just the food and didn’t include the red onion that was supposed to be on it according to their own description. I might try them again to try the tacos but probably not anytime soon. Spicy, skinny margarita was pretty good but could’ve been a little stronger.

Stopped here quick while in Greenwich and loved it. Some of the best chicken tacos I’ve ever had, fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The staff of La Taqueria were beyond friendly and professional. The quick and personal service added to the delicious food and beautiful locale! The staffpeople who served us went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed. Thank you!

You will be hard pressed to find better Mexican food in Connecticut. I had a fish taco, chicken taco and tortilla soup. The fish was perfectly cooked and crispy, the soup was just spicy enough. Another plus is that the space is a modern, cool spot, which proves that you don't need to be a hole in the wall to make really good tacos. I will definitely be coming back.
