Arrived on time and good communication throughout the process. Technician did not have a good key tool in the truck (needed maintenance according to him); I needed to get extra keys made at Home Depot afterwards; had to replace lock instead of just re-key as he couldn’t fix the ‘dried out’ existing lock. New lock works fine and he figured out to add a new lock for our storm door for which we had no key prior. Overall good service.

I think they are a little pricey. I actually got a better deal to cut and program my keys from the dealership

Great job! Daniel arrived on time and did a fine job installing a new mortise lock to my front door - it's an antiquated lock that was originally installed about 20 years ago and required 45 minutes and real expertise to re-install a new one. Daniel was professional, personable, and experienced. The job turned out to be expensive, but apparently mortise locks are seldom used these days, which, understandably, accounts for the $500+ cost. Kudos, too, to Eileen, who set up my same-day appointment in a courteous and friendly way. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Daniel followed up on a request I made last month and came out to my house and cut and programmed two keys so I can use the remote feature on my Honda Accord. He was very helpful in explaining how to take care of the new keys as well.
