After spending over $1,000 at Vitolite to do an electrical project, I attempted to return a few odd pieces of PVC left over. Unfortunately, did not have the receipt with me, and was told by an extremely rude and curt salesperson there was nothing I can do for you. Would not even attempt to look up the sale or accommodate in any way.nNormally I’m very supportive of local businesses, but this one needs a serious customer service overhaul if they expect to survive long term in the new wholesale and retail environment.nJust to add salt to the wound - I followed up with a visit to HD to return a couple items and walked out with a full refund in under a minute...

I went to get trip pins got my electric timer . The man behind the counter made me feel like I was bothering him to look to see I they had them, he couldn't tell me if or when they would get them in cause they didn't have them. What a waste of time. Never again.

I’m only giving this place 5 stars because the young man with tattoos was very attractive. But he was very monotone when I spoke to him and he needs to smile more.

Whether you're a contractor, or someone who just needs specialty items, this electrical supply house has it all. Great staff who will get you what you need in a timely manner. This is the place to go when you need a job done
