We've had two visits from this company in the past 2 weeks at 5 Linden. Both employees were:nn1. Extremely promptn2. Extremely nicen3. Very informativen4. The company is not worth to trust. No commitment and refuse to call back, tried to follow up 5 times, Tom Anderson promised to send proposal out but nothing happened, no call back no mail.
We had a problem here today with our electric service and needed somebody quickly. I called and spoke to Scott Anderson, explaining the problem. He walked me through some things to check and determined over the phone that one of the phases from the power company was probably out, and that he would call back once one of his guys returned for the day. I did a double check on what he described, and was ultimately able to determine by looking at the transformer in the street that one of the leads had fallen off in the wind. Sure enough he called back when he said he would to see if we still needed them. I explained what i found, and assured him he will be the first one we call for other some upcoming work. I was very impressed with their helpfulness and professionalism.
