Trying get through to pharmacy On hold 15 minutes kept on getting the same message about ordering online and someone will be with you shortly. Not the first time this has happened when I call that cvs. Gave up after 15 minutes. Called Walgreens

So I bought an item, went home and realized I had bought the wrong product. I returned to the store a few hours later and bought a similar product. In line the cashier stated to a customer that they were not allowed to return or exchange an item, but the employee proceeded to give the customer back a refund back in exchange for her item. I proceeded to exchange a similar item which cost less than what I paid for with the other item and the cashier said I was unable to return or exchange any items. I was a little disappointed that they knew I saw them give another customer a refund for a mistaken item and they didn't bother to do the same thing for me. Not one to pick sides, but if you're going to give one person a refund and not the other person...that's unfair. I have been able to do return items at Walgreens in Port Chester and have not had any issues. Thanking the employees who greeted me in the morning as they were very nice and attentive, but the afternoon cashiers ehhh not too friendly or attentive.

I have been on hold for 56 minutes trying to reach the pharmacy about the prescription confirmation from my doctor that they wanted and are still messing it up. Time for a new pharmacy. They are a disgrace!
