Just a bad experience with an employee named Kayla at the greenwich store. I actually love the store and the clothes. I am a tennis instructor in Westchester and so is my husband so we have the instructor discount. Usually they let me use the discount when buying gifts for him - since he has the discount (especially during holidays). I understand the rule says that you can only use the discount if you are at the store. The nice lady who was at the cashier was explaining me that in a nice way. I asked her if there was any chance she could make an exception since it was a gift and I wanted to be a surprise. Kayla who was working on the cashier next to us jumped in the conversation with a super attitude “WHO LET YOU DO THAT? WHAT IS HER/HIS NAME?, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT”.nAnyways, I understand the rules and she just didn’t have to be rude about it. Totally ruined my experience with a brand that I love.

Lauren the sales person who just helped me was incredibly helpful and very nice. She really knows the brand! I am here visiting from Los Angeles and this store was a much better and more pleasant shopping experience from the one near my house in Santa Monica California. Maybe it was just because my sales person was so knowledgeable and helpful but it was more like a boutique experience versus a big box experience where the sales people kind of ignore you if you are over 22 years old.

I used to go to yoga and fitness classes here for years. It was awesome. I admire the teachers and company for encouraging that. I find their merchandise nice but often unaffordable. I keep an eye out for sales and then may purchase an item or 2. I have a few tanks that are go to's.
