Customer service was excellent. On the day I went, inventory was limited for boys shirts, shorts, and shoes. Could only find a few of the things I wanted in the correct size...On plus side, they provided complementary sparking bottled water and sweets.
I frequently shop at this location and for the most part they have great customer service. This evening I raced over from work to purchase a specific jacket and pants and arrived at 5:45. I tried on two pairs of pants and needed assistance with sizing with a floor full of employees no one was in sight. I also asked if outerwear was on promotion as shown online and the women said “some” as she walked away from me. I decided to ask someone else and she also responded “some” as she looked down folding her sweaters. Fully staffed store with no customer service!
Some nice sales, some nice staff members, and some nice clothing selections this time. The store is set up in a cool way. I like how the store is expanding to other brands too. Some things that are not on sale are very pricey.
