I had a fantastic experience with this dealership from beginning to end. I worked with Christina and she helped me get into the car that I wanted and at a price I was comfortable with. She was honest and professional the entire time and helped me throughout the whole process and even followed up the next day to make sure I was enjoying my new Jeep! Frank helped us at the end, I believe he is the dealership and/or billing manager. He was really great too and professional, efficient in explaining the agreement to me and getting me in and out of there quickly! I would always stick with this dealership for any future needs because of how easy they made this process for me. Thank you Greenwich Jeep! :)
Just purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and it was an amazing experience. Christina was extremely professional and transparent, the delivery of the vehicle took no more than 20min. I drove 1hr from NJ and would do it again. I highly recommend this dealer if you want a comfortable and trustworthy transaction.
Worst place - they take sales to a completely different place. You basically have to beg them to do business and then even when you go there for an appt. After asking why you are there the door is locked and then while you stand outside. These people could care less about clients - Clearly selling cars in Greenwich has them like they don't need to be attentive to customers
This place doesn't even deserve one star. This was by far the worst experience I've had since I've been in Stamford. The manager is utterly revolting and the salesman (seemingly being abused by the manager) couldn't have been bothered to explore options to make the sale. Awful place. I subsequently found a dealership who was happy to have the sale and worked with me to make it work. Disgusting service!
I just recently got the 2012 Jeep Compass Sport and I was really happy with my purchase the workers were really helpful I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in getting a car!!
