They were excellent! Paula was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She eased my concerns regarding the issues I had with my Q40, which I'd purchased elsewhere, however she handled my situation as if I was an Infiniti of Greenwich customer. I will be referring friends and family alike to their dealership and I look forward to my next purchase with them as well!
