The general manager is one of the kindest people I've come across in service. I can't remember her name, but hopefully she sees this! You rock! I love picking up food from here. It's always such a easy and pleasant experience.

We catered a small family gathering and things could not have been better. The food was excellent - good portions - and a fair price. However, the service was exceptional! Thank you so much Dickies for making this so easy for us!

We had a really hard time picking a caterer for our wedding near West Glacier, Montana. While I’m sure all of the catering companies in the area have delicious food, we really couldn’t find one to come close to the affordability of Dickey’s Barbecue! The food was delicious and we had many compliments! Thank you for being responsive, professional, organized, and timely. We really can’t tell you how much we appreciate these things as we planned our wedding from states away. If you are looking for affordable, delicious food, at the most reasonable rate, and a stress-free experience, look no further!

I was very impressed with the customer service I received on the night of November 22nd. I was served by a woman named Angela and she gave me the most incredible customer experience. After an awful experience with Uber Eats, this hard-working lady went above and beyond to make another company’s mistake right for me. I’ve never met that much humility in the customer service arena where a person is willing to fix a mistake that isn’t even their fault.
