I have been coming to this place (at OG location in Bridgeport) for YEARS with my grandmother. I remember early 2000s going there and the friendly faces behind the counter greeting my grandmother with such love. I felt the same way returning there 10 years later since my last visit, after visiting her grave near by. The ironic spin, they opened their new Fairfield location 1 block away from where she lived for 30 years. I will bring my future children here to experience the Italian magic just as I have growing up. Bravo on such a beautiful nostalgic shoppe!
They have some of the best food in Fairfield. Great service and a friendly setting.
Best cold cuts and cheaper than the supermarket. Great bread. If you are making anything Italian they will have what you need.
