Very rude from staff. Went in at 7:50 pm and they all yelled that they are closed. You close at 8 pm, you are a FAST FOOD place, my order should not take more than 10 mins anyway. BTW, if your place is closed for the night, lock the front door! Not ordering from this place again!
Rotisserie is hard to beat. Nowhere anywhere serves up sides like these. The price went up for a reason the quality never suffers here. Managers needed great concept not well run. Corporate issues.
went there at 11am today sept 16th 2020 andnNot a single employee was wearing a mask or gloves while handling food, i really hope they get a visit from the health department, gross and disgusting
Would give them a zero if I could. The place is one of the most poorly managed Boston Market. Haven't been there in 6 months and thought they would change. Last time I waited 20 minutes to be served. Today while on line the clueless manager announced that there's a 35 minutes wait because they are running out of food and no one came to work. Imagine that. I finally understood why a pioneering campany I once invested in is in the dumpsters.
Lousy service my money was stolen. I ordered a delivery that according to the application would arrive at 8:52 pm on Monday, January 27 and did not arrive. Call and the guy who answered and told me they would send him the next day and until today nothing. Pay 33.36 for nothing. If they could return the money I would be grateful they can't be stealing from customers.
