Locked myself out of my shop, didn't realize I put the keys down while we were painting. This is at 7pm. Called Great Northern and was very polite. Not once did I assume he would be there right away. Man proceeded to tell me how I'm ruining his night and that he just paid $101 to have a nice meal and that it would be a while at his convenience. Very unprofessional, didn't expect him to come right away and would be very understanding that it is a Friday night. If you need assistance in a pinch, this is not a 24 hour service.
Friendly 24 hour service and a locksmith that enjoys a challenge. I had to re-key a motorcycle that is European race spec, with specific anti-theft features that make a spare key nearly impossible to produce, but he came out at 10pm and had a flawless key within 30 minutes. Cheaper than new key sets for the bike.
These folks literally saved my daughter's life. Best company in the valley!!
Was locked out of my garage after the auto-open malfunctioned. Called Great Northern Lock and Safe. Justin answered my call. He was polite, professional and VERY accommodating. Responded immediately as an “emergency lockout”. Said he would arrive within the hour and he did! Great service! Excellent customer service. Was able to gain entry and made new keys for the manual lock. I highly recommend Great Northern Lock and Safe!
