Family Pizza

Terrible costumer service. That girl I was on the with said “I’m not gonna deal with you”. Well then maybe if you’d paid attention and get the orders right instead of being mad at world and putting down wrong ingredients that people are allergic to we wouldn’t have that problem today sis.

Today I had to notice that the cook only cooks good when hes in a good mood. Just ordered a calzone and the freaking thing was cold on the inside and the tho wasn't fully cooked. I ask him something and he gave me an attitude about it. They have good food. Just gotta watch out for the cook's mood.

Great pizza. Customer service sucks! I was going to call and complain, but come to find out it was the owner on the phone.

Not sure why this place had negative reviews but from my experience their pizza is delicious and fresh. The dough is very fresh soft and chewy and they have an option for you customize how it is cooked. They also deliver which is great, and the delivery guy even comes up to the door which is a rarity these days. But like a I said as far as the pizza goes I do recommend this place for quality and price, will leave another review once I try their salads and pasta.

Today was going to be my first time trying them out but they lost me. I placed an order online with a coupon of $25 that stated included a large cheese pizza 10 piece wings 1 soda and a large salad. A LARGE SALAD. NO WHERE in the coupon did it say it only included a large garden salad. At the time or ordering it gave me the choice to pick a salad and i choosed chicken ceasar and when i payed online there was no difference in pricing. 5 minutes later i was called that i had to pay 5 more because the coupon was for a regular salad with no chicken. I already had payed and its their fault for not stating that on their coupon or at checkout. They prefered to cancel my order even though it was their fault.nnUpdate. They did not want to give me the refund. They are making me call paypal. Crazy.
