I don’t think we need another person telling everyone to order the clam pizza!!
Frank Pepe’s is one of the best places I’ve gone to for pizza. I have recommended it to several relatives and friends and I will continue to recommend it to more. The dining experience is great but the pizza is absolutely superb. I strongly recommend it
The worst service experience ever. The order was done in their website and it came missing two pies. When I called to complain, they offered me to go there and pick-up at 9:30PM+. I said NO, because I paid for the delivery and they said, that’s fine: Come and pick-up or we credit you back. The two offered options just satisfy their needs and not the customer’s needs. I do not think that this is a good way to treat a customer. After 10 min that we hang up they called me offering to delivery. Too Late... I told them that I just ordered in another place! That is a pity because the Pizzas are great, but the service when needed not really. I just hope to get my credit back for the missing pizzas.
The staff at Frank Pepe's are great. With most guests ordering take-out the staff is trying their best to meet the huge increase in demand. The staff deserves 5 stars and a big Thank YOU.
Delicious pizza ud83cudf55 as we were expecting. Very helpful and personable wait staff. Good meal for a stormy Sunday evening.
