LC Chen's

I’ve always gone to LC Chen when I’ve craved sushi or any Asian food. I’ve never had an issue with the food or the customer service until today. As a local business manager I would not have thought that I would feel this type of treatment within my own community. The staff were upset that we arrived one hour prior to closing on Saturday, even though we stated we just wanted a quick bite and would be out soon. The main host stated he was OK with it, but shortly after we ordered our food we overheard the staff behind of mocking the fact that we sat down to eat only 3 rolls of sushi. Had the main host stated it was too late to be seated, we would have not had an issue with taking our food to go. Not only did the waitress not give us a chance to answer if we wanted water or not, they did not allow us to get a to go plate until we paid nor did they give us a fortune cookie which they usually do. Not to mention we left at 10:45. Very disappointed.

This Chinese place you have to be careful they put plastic in your food make it pretend like it's onions I have bought house fried rice and they have gave me plastic in my food so be careful everyone

Always great quality sushi. Price is right. Staff friendly. Very clean

It still is a very good Chinese restaurant or fusion but since the epidemic it is way too expensive Food is still good and you're certain items I think they should carry that they don't like Steamed buns and duck More duck but Way way too expensive

I love eating at this location so I know you’re wondering why the two stars, The food is always great, the waiters are very attentive, but I can’t say the same for your sister location. I order some food from your store a few days ago, I was under the impression that it was coming directly from your store, I don’t know what’s going on at that other restaurant but the food is not cooked the way you guys what cook it nor does it taste the same please FiX.
