I highly recommend Club Pilates! I moved to Fairfield a year ago and was so happy to find this studio. The class schedule, the reservation system, the easy parking, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a super clean studio space makes this place I always enjoy walking into for class. Having young children there are times I’ve reserved a class and then couldn’t make it due to something last minute that came up- I never had any issue calling and having my reservation moved so I wouldn’t “lose” a class in package. If you’re looking to take your first class or have taken Pilates in the past, Club Pilates is worth your time checking out.

Love Club Pilates! The classes are varied and never boring. Instructors are top notch. Great workout to gain flexibility and strength in your core and spine.

At first I really liked the place and the teachers and wanted to have an unlimited membership. I went several times. My credit card was charged $230 plus and that was fine. Then I went in to see if I could use the club in CA because I was going to be out of CT in LA and FL for the month of September with my husband, who is fighting pancreatic cancer, and if not, I needed to cancel the automatic billing. The owner Kevin, said he would look into charging me 20 dollars more for a Passport membership that I could use anywhere that Club Pilates was located. Also I was told by Kevin, that I would still have to pay for. September because I had mentioned this after August 21st which is the date I'm billed monthly. I didn't know this, but if I could get the passport, my money would not be wasted. I got a vm/or email saying thatnI could not get the passport membership. No Reason was given.nSo I was charged for the monthly fee that I didn't want. Now I call this morning saying due to illness I will be FL again most of October. Well, it is after Sept. 21st so they are charging me again.nI went over the whole story with Arianna the receptionist on the phone and explained that this was not acceptable. That they were stealing my money, because I told them in August, I needed the passport or I needed out.nNo luck. No service. It is in the contract she said. So it matters not, that I spoke to the owner in August about this. It matters that they took Sept and now October, over 500 dollars from me.nIf there was less than a star I would offer that... the instructors are good, it's clean, but they have no customer service. Not even if your husband is critically ill.Not even if you've been a happy paying customer since June... They lost me. I hope they never get you. This is what I think of their contract... -0.
