It's a little intimidating to need the services of a law firm and the first person you meet at the door can make all the difference in your experience. Lindsay at Elder Law in Kalispell was that person. Lindsay is extremely good at her job. She listens then thoughtfully guides you through the process of acquiring what your needs are. I know Lindsay will always be there to help me if I call. Eric was exceptional. He is competent, caring and compassionate and literally went out of his way to help us.

Montana Elder Law has taken such good care of my parents helping set up a trust to protect their assets. Lindsay in particular has gone above and beyond. You can tell they really have their clients' best interest at heart.

Lindsey @ Elder Law in Kalispell was great - very helpful and friendly. She gave us some options when we weren't sure, and explained each one carefully so we understood it. Steve was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as well at the time we met with him. We felt like they cared about what we wanted to accomplish whenever we talked to them at Elder Law in Kalispell.

Montana Elder Law, especially Linsey, were very helpful to my husband and myself in figuring out what type of trust we needed, what to include in the trust and answering tons of questions from us. Linsey was also very accommodating with appointment times and working around our schedules. Both my husband and myself are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Montana Elder Law, Kalispell office.
