This is my favorite planet fitness of all, Probably because I go with my best friend and I see my cousins here sometimes.. It’s got everything I could possibly need For a good work out.... floor work, weights, ellipticals, circuit area. People here are very very friendly. Amanda is the greatest.

This is the gym I signed up at, but not the gym I use. They’re too small for comfort, but I just never switched anything to the gym I do go to, as I have the black card. My CC info recently changed and I forgot to update it before my monthly dues were to be taken out. I did so as soon as I remembered, which was unfortunately about a week later. I log in today and what do I see? They charged me a $15 late fee in the middle of a pandemic. How nice of them!

Do not recommend this location at all the manager is very rude and hung up on me. Given I was very frustrated she was very unprofessional as well as her staff! Her name was Amanda and when I called they hung up multiple times and answered saying they could not give her full name. And the man was VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP AGAIN! Disgusting location! I was paying for 4 months of a membership without knowing and Amanda told me if it isn’t their fault than I can not receive a reimbursement When I specifically stated I spoke with 3 others who gave me false information about my membership. She than gets very frustrated and starts talking very rudely. Than hangs up! I just wanted my confirmation to avoid later charges because as I explained I can NOT afford the membership. I’ve been in customer service many years and experienced a lot I don’t care how a customer is don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle the heat. Smh OH and than they proceeded to tell me I won’t be aloud in any planet fitness worldwide because of a comment I said to my mother while they were on the phone. I can say what I please if I didn’t physically harm anyone or tamper with property how can she ban from any planet fitness ud83eudd23 you should feel very unprofessional right now and so should your staff. NEVER AGAIN make sure you ask every question before signing up here, they all five different explanations.

The gym is fine. The managers are really the pits. Very poor customer service. I have found them to be very confrontational and are not concerned with customer satisfaction.

I was looking for a gym that I could become a regular at, and I was pleasantly surprised. Amanda the manager was extraordinarily professional, courteous, and pleasant. The trainer and crew were equally as impressive. It's been a while since I've found such a clean gym with customer service to match. I'm not big on giving reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time around.
