Jarosa has such a wide variety of classes and I can always find a style of stretching or strengthening that I'm in the mood for. The space is gorgeous and there's such a welcoming sense of community to everyone that walks through the doors. Highly recommend!

Jarosa is gem in our community. I’ve been practicing yoga for 15 years and this studio is my all time favorite!! Edel and her staff have done a phenomenal job offering a great variety of yoga and barre classes throughout the week with many on the weekends for people who work during the week. I love the unlimited pass which allows me to do as much yoga as I can in a wonderful space. My favorite teachers are Maggie and Nicole and I try to catch their classes whenever I can. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a yoga studio in the Fairfield area.

Jarosa is a beautiful, safe and calming space... as soon as you walk through the door, you feel its wonderful energy. Edel is incredibly welcoming, and fosters the strong community that has formed in the studio. It is a very special place!

I've been doing Vinyasa Flow classes at many studios around Fairfield/Westport for the past 3+ years and I am so happy to discover Jarosa hidden away in Greenfield Hill. Edel's class helps me frame out my day and week ahead plus breathe out negative energy. She mixes it up and makes it challenging enough with movement plus appropriate adjustments (and encouragement) when needed. It is a welcoming, calm place and wonderful addition to the community that strikes me as open to all levels of yogis.

Thanks, Edel, for creating such a special place! Jarosa is my sanctuary, located right in the heart of Greenfield Hill. It's a beautiful space to practice alongside talented teachers and friendly faces. Great for students at every level!
