I have used Dojo in Fairfield several times for private COBRA self defense classes for my au pair group. They do an EXCELLENT job and would strongly recommend them and this class. Woman of all ages should consider taking this class to learn to protect yourself and keep yourself safe. The owners make the class fun, funny while being very educational.

We signed our five year old son up a few months ago and he absolutely LOVES it here. Miss Karina is so amazing with the children. She spends time with each of them, building their confidence, teaching them to be thankful and focused. All of the instructors are caring, kind and so helpful. We are so thankful we found the Dojo!

I took a women’s self defense class here before traveling to Asia for 3 weeks by myself. Thankfully I was never in a situation where I physically needed to use anything that I was taught, but I had to write a review bc I feel like the things I learned in this short session helped me and will continue to help me throughout life. The instructors were amazing and down to earth and gave real life scenarios and ideas, something as simple as not wearing cross body bags so you don’t get dragged, and turning your rings onto the inside of your hands so if you scratch someone you grab DNA.... mind blown. The course was so empowering and made us feel more confident as women in general, and going to Asia alone, I knew I was much better prepared should I need to be. Cant wait to come back and take some other classes!! ♥ufe0f

How lucky we are to have the Dojo in our lives. Ms. Karina, Ms. Kailen and Mr. Oscar have been a true gift for our son and our whole family. They provide a sense of community in a no-judgment zone. Our son’s confidence has grown exponentially along with providing him with important core values to live by. For that we are forever grateful.
