My brother and I started training with Avon 2 months ago and our lives have been changed. He was able to assess the areas we needed the most working including that I needed some physical therapy. Our minds as well as our bodies are being transformed!!! I excited for this journey we are on.

My son has been working out at Forge Performance for 3 months. I have seen Great improvement in his physical development and mental state of mind. Avon set the bar high for him and he works hard to achieve them because of the respect he has for Avon and the respect Avon has for him. As a parent I feel he is in good hands with him.

Mr. Avon Butler and Forge is a unicorn in today's athletic performance training world. Mr. Butler has a passion for knowledge and for the people he works with. He doesn't have a "program" to sell. He individualized everything because he is on the cutting edge of the science behind modern training. I was introduced through a friend whose son had trained at The Forge and who had seen awesome results. I brought my son in, a pre-boot camp Marine and wrestler. He immediately made sure my son knew how much he cared, interviewed and tested his balance, flexibility, mentality, physical fitness status, training ability, talked goals and imparted wisdom. The enthusiasm he has for helping the people he works with grow is inspiring. I'm literally working on flying my son back to Vegas from Ohio to work with Mr. Butler at The Forge again. Cannot thank Mr. Butler enough or recommend higher The Forge Performance facility.

Forge Performance was recommended to me by a close friend and honestly he undersold the value of the services rendered by Mr. Avon Butler. Mr. Butler met my son where he was at in his athletic journey and began taking him to another level in the 1st session. He took the time to explain “why” they did each exercise, showed him “how” each movement was to be executed and shared a vision of “where” his training could possibly lead him to. If you, your son or daughter are pursuing development to your personal best I would highly recommend that you explore building a relationship with Mr. Avon Butler and Forge Performance.

This place is an outstanding place to get a great workout..If your looking to get your student athlete ready for the next level. This is the place..Mr. Butler is always on top of the latest workout strategies. I know for a fact that he has aided in send athletes to college successfully. He challenges the athlete to think on the next level...I watched him take my shy grandson..to a level where he has a became game changer on the field..We have dealt with trainers, Von is the only one I can honestly say he cares...Man with a heart of gold, Wants only the best for.you or your athlete...A must try place!!!!
