The worst cvs i have ever been too. Anytime I go in to pick up prescriptions there is a line wrapped around the store (great social distancing ). I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy one thing because the customer in front of me had a million coupons! Why can't they leave the self check out open ? Then i went down to the pharmacy to purchase my single item, i go up to the register and the pharmacist just walks away to help someone else out. Lack of professionalism, safety, and overall good customer service. Everything is absolutely backwards here. Stop being cheap cvs & hire more people so your customers don't have to wait forever.

I was on the line waiting on the phone during the day for about an hour before I finally gave up and hung up. I think they just keep the phone off the hook all day or something. Also, when you're finally in the store waiting in line at the pharmacy, it also takes forever, it doesn't make any sense. I'm not sure what's so hard about grabbing the someone's medication, handing it to them, and ringing them out. Brutal.

I really really really hate to have to even give them one star you wait in line forever at this place not to mention they're rude and they never answer their phone you will let it ring and rang and rang and rang and rang before you ever get through to them on the phone that's pretty sad because a doctor could be calling with a very important prescription for someone that is very sick and never get through I know as a patient I could never get through I have to go here in person and then deal with them taking forever once I do get there this place should have the worst reviews out of any CVS not to mention they're the most expensive pharmacy around

As it’s open 24hours it’s an easy go for anyone but this CVS compared to others in Bridgeport is very compressed and small the layout of the store is weird and has less space. Customer service is the worst they really don’t care to make the customers wait and chit chat with colleagues in the background they are not attentive. They try make a huge scene if we order online and use coupons. They need a lot of changes to be made else the reviews are gonna be even worst.

Chris rhe night shift Manager and Michelle the sales associates working in to the wee morning hours to make sure everything rang up correctly, they also made sure I left happy with a smile on my face. I can't thank the enough for working so hard and exceeding expectationsnI will be leaving reviews with yelp as well as emailing CVS Corprate. I will also be reaching out the store Manager Matt tomorrow
