Had an appointment for wedding attire at 12pm. Got there ten minutes early and just browsed since no one seemed available. Stood there waiting until we approached one of the sales guys. He didn’t seem interested and went back to a client he was working with and said he would check back in at 12pm. It was now 12:15 and the client asked if he could buy another suit and if they had time and our “sales guy” we had a scheduled appointment/meeting with said, “yeah, we’re in no rush”. While we were waiting around for an appointment we made...We waited for another 20 minutes without anyone even looking at us. We left and won’t return. We’ll buy all the groom/groomsmen suits elsewhere.
Great staff, great products. Everything got in on time. I’ve used them for 3 custom suits.
