When you need a team to deliver magic to your event look no further than Derek and the team at Party City! Trying to send a little birthday magic from one coast to another during a global pandemic might seem difficult but not when you’re working with great people!!nnI ordered a bunch of balloons to celebrate my sister’s birthday, had a few special instructions and wanted to make sure they arrived in time. Derek made sure to gather all the information, instructions and provided updates once the balloons were on their way.nnIn the middle of a global pandemic when we’re missing our loved ones and things aren’t always easy.....thanks for making this birthday order easy, magical and on time!!nnAppreciate the magic and will definitely contact this team for all needs going forward!!nnThank you beyond!!!!

Placed an online order for curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready in 2hrs, but it wasn’t ready until the next day. When I went to the store to pick it up, I used the tracking link PC sends you to alert the store you are on your way. Once I arrived, I notified through the link that I was there, and I inserted the description of my car and where I was parked. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came out with my order. The other option is to call the store to tell them you’ve arrived, but it was a busy signal every time I dialed, so I had to go into the store. The first person I spoke to took my name and went to the back to look for my order, but came back empty handed and told me to go to register 6 where I had to wait to speak to another associate who then came and took my name and order number, and then came back out with my order. I might as well have just gone to the store, grabbed the product off the shelf and paid for it at the register and it would’ve been a better experience. Also there were cars parked in every curbside pickup spot and no drivers inside, so basically if you have to go to this store, save yourself the headache and don’t do curbside pickup.

News one employee who was friendly and helpful and sewed me where what I needed was however nothing in the store was what was on the website do you need to update their website I wasted a trip from three Towns over
