Service department is welcoming, helpful and reasonable. Sales department - not so much.
The guy who works there most of the time, not sure what his name is but he’s a Caucasian gentleman it’s whitish/grey hair. He’s rude and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service.
No better place to get a car!
Dealership is not helpful when you have problems with your car (and you will have them the product is terrible) and has no record keeping system. I had to prove various things through emails and documents with members of their own staff to prove certain things were stated or purchased through them otherwise they would have tried to charge me for them. I would avoid this dealership and all the Miller Motor Cars dealerships.
Shima, Peter and the whole crew at Maserati of Westport are the best! They made the entire process seamless and fun. Such a great experience and so happy I was able to buy a car through them!
