I went to a used car dealership two years ago and bought a lemon, so going to another used car dealership, I was hesitant and didn't want to get ripped off again. I purchased a 2012 Honda Ridgeline from CT Auto in October of 2020, hands down the Best purchase I ever made. Super clean and well maintained truck. I worked with Orlando and he was incredible. I live outside of CT, so my local DMV gave me a hard time with the out of state title. The employees of Ct Auto answered all my questions throughout the very stressful registration process with the state. (Took me over a month to register). Any additional documents I needed, I never felt like a burden reaching out to CT Auto. They didn't B.S. and always got the documents within a reasonable time matter. Im most likely going to have my truck for 20+ years but would absolutely do business with them again.

Found a vehicle online and messaged with owner. We agreed to a price and a time to meet for delivery. Intook a half day off from work, went to the bank for the cash, drove over an hour south to the city of Bridgeport. When I arrived, I was told by a worker that I was one of 6 people who was coming to see the vehicle but that a deposit was taken earlier that morning, it was already sold. No communication from anyone to save myself hours in the car. Very, very, very, very frustrating experience. Owner was apologetic but his employees made it seem that everything here is first come, first serve, that I should have known better. This place unfortunately earns its 1 or 2 star reputation. Back in the day, a mans word meant something. I wish I lived then sometimes.

Nate and team are truly amazing. Great communication and worked with me on a good price. Very flexible, fair, and took care of everything we agreed on before delivery. We’ll be back for sure!

I wish I could give more stars! This was my first car buying experience on my own and it was amazing. The whole team worked with me and Ivan was so helpful in walking me through all the steps I had to complete in order to buy the car. Literally the day I stepped into their shop is the day I walked out with the car. They had everything ready for me, it was incredible. They were all amazing and I absolutely love the car, I could not be happier! They treated us like more than just a client. Great experience, great business.
