I had a wonderful experience with this dealership from start to finish.nThey were all so professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.nI worked with Rich Calvo, who was amazing! He was so great to deal with. He helped me find my perfect car and assisted me throughout the whole process. He was always available and if not, reached out shortly after.nDerrick Hancock, was also very helpful to me as was the Manager, Ricky Garcia who was great to work with.nnI highly recommend this dealership if you want a good experience and a great car!

Easy breezy. The staff were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unlike so many other car dealerships. The salesman David is great, not pushy at all. They got me the model and colors I requested without a hassle. The paperwork went quickly. The tech advisor Erique showed me how to use all the bells and whistles since I'm an analogue guy living in a digital world. Stole that quote from a friend. Anyway, the Rockland and Ramsey Nissan dealerships can learn alot from Lexus of Westport.

Just had an excellent experience with Dave at New Country Lexus of Westport. I purchased a 2020 Lexus RX350 (used - loaner) with 6,000 miles on it. Dave did not pressure us, and was not pushy in any way. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. I highly recommend asking for Dave if you are looking to purchase a car. Next we dealt with Gabrielle in the Finance Department. I anticipated a stressful experience but it was actually ok. Due to the type of license we had, a trip to the Motor Vehicle was warranted and it was all taken care of for us and then the car was delivered to our home (we live one hour away) Great service. I wouldn't hesitate to return to New Country Lexus of Westport.

I was very disappointed by the service at this dealership. It took them five weeks to process my purchase because they continuously made mistakes with paperwork, did not respond to my emails and phone calls, even made me wait three hours past an appointment time. I am not typically the kind of person who leaves a review but the customer service here was awful. While the salesman was always pleasant, his associates were not and I was even scolded for making a down-payment. After a few weeks I contacted a manager to explain the situation in hopes of expediting the process and he never responded to any phone calls I made and when I sent an email it was disregarded as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Maybe if I wasn't purchasing a used car through them and buying a new vehicle they would be better, but there are no excuses for the poor quality of service here.nnThat being said, they never wavered on the price of the car and the vehicle was in excellent condition when I came to pick it up. I just wish the rest of the process had been as good.

Probably worst customer service I have encountered! I was ready to pay their asking price over the phone but wouldn’t return my calls, send pictures or anything. They lost the easiest sale.
