I recently relocated and used Balise (1st time) to service my ‘19 Tucson. The staff, especially Jason, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area and shop was clean and organized. The communication throughout the entire wait was superb and the car was fully serviced/washed in under an hour. I’d say the overall experience was top notch and will continue to bring my vehicle to Balise for future maintenance. I highly recommend!
I bought my third new Sonata here in Nov. 2020. This was the best experience yet, but they have all been good. The car was delivered within a day from a different dealer. My sales representative was Tim Haines and he was excellent with follow up and support and getting through the process very quickly. He answered all my questions about the vehicles and help me make a good decision. Highly recommend Tim and this dealer.
Working with our salesperson, Tim and the staff at Balise was a very positive experience. They were very professional and accommodating. We came from LI and Tim made the sale happen in one afternoon so we didn't have to travel back. A big shout out to Maggie at the reception desk for being so pleasant and welcoming.
