Rita & Jay were extremely friendly and helpful! There was no pressure and Rita provided all of the information I needed to help make my decision. She answered any questions I had during the process and did everything she could to get the exact car I wanted. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to purchase! Wonderful people!

Really wonderful people working there and very caring. They don't push you to do anything and try to help find an easy solution for your needs. Rita is a wonderful financial advisor and explained the many options available for financing. Very patient and is understanding. She makes difficult things happen and for someone who is pulled in so many directions at the same time, she knows exactly what is going on. Thanks Rita for the great service and the time you gave me. Quickly handled my recall repair and they even had a local shuttle van that took me to the local gym and then back to service station so I didn’t have to wait there for my car to be done. Pleasantly surprised with that service and very pleased overall.

Not satisfied with the response to my complaint pertaining to the auto headlights. The sensor for the auto headlights is too sensitive and turns on my headlights while it is still quite bright and light out. This causes the interior lights to dim making it difficult to see the instrument panel.nnThe service advisor said there was no service alert in the system so the sensor is working correctly. I disagree, while it is not failing it is way too sensitive and should be replaced!

Jay and Rita were absolutely amazing. They made our car shopping experience wonderful. I was dreading going to a used car dealerships but I needed a car so I found Scap on a car shopping app and headed over to the dealership. Jay had a no pressure approach and Rita crunched the numbers and we ended up with a great vehicle. We had a blast and are letting our friends know where to go when they need a vehicle.
