I feel like this guy might be a figment of my imagination. We used him for two years, 2011-2012, and were satisfied with his service. Beginning in the 2013 tax year, he NEVER returned a single phone call ( and there were many) regarding setting up an appointment to complete our tax returns. For 3 years we have not had our taxes done by him because HE NEVER RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS!!!!! Very aggravating and disappointing.

Mr. Strazza has shown himself to be above board and conscientious. his only fault is not billing clients in a timely manner.
