Attorney Uswah Khan represented my family matter in several occations. The non-custodial parent was a very difficult person to deal with however, Attorney Khan handled my matter very well. I was put into a great difficult position by the defendant by manipulating my motion but attorney Khan looked into the matter in detail and handled it with her legal professional skills.nnI will always appreciate and admire attorney Khan for her honesty and proficiency. She is one of the most honest attorney and a great personality.

Do not use attorney Uswah Khan for your children. Attorney Khan was ordered by a judge to attend hearings concerning my son and she did not. Also, attorney Khan failed to report that the father of my son failed to get my son to school for over 60 days. Further, attorney Khan was supposed to be unbiased, yet referred to my ex as her “client” and emailed his attorney for advice. Unbelievably, Uswah Khan supported my ex’s blatant lies about me in court to get a restraining order. The judge removed the restraining order after I filed a motion explaining they were lied to. At this same hearing the judge ordered attorney Uswah Khan to attend my son’s hearings and she did not. I filed a motion to remove attorney Uswah Khan from my case for not doing her job and, fortunately, a judge removed her. Uswah Khan caused a lot of damage to my son and I. I wish the judicial system had a better screening process where children are concerned.
